The efficiency of the financial markets of the Arab Maghreb countries

Abstract
The study investigates the market efficiency of financial markets in the Maghreb countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria). To analyse the efficiency the study used the monthly prices of the markets indexes during the period 2010-2013. The study adopted the deduction method. It also used the run test and unit root test to investigate the market efficiency at the weak form. The results revealed that the three markets (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria) have displayed a weak form of efficiency.
