THE ELUCIDATION OF THE PROBLEM OF NON-FORMAL EDUCATION OF THE TEACHERS IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS ON THE BASIS OF WORKS OF BELARUSIAN EXPERTS

Abstract

The article deals with representation of the sector of non-formal education of teachers in the Republic of Belarus through the prism of the views of Belarusian researchers – theoreticspedagogs and practitioners-andragogues. Their thoughts about the significance of this sector of the educational process, its specific features and methods of realization in the Belarusian conditions are described. The most common tendencies in the development of teacher training processes that directly influence the potential of the Belarusian society are analyzed.
