THE ENACTMENT OF THE 17 DECEMBER 2009 ACT ON REGULATING THE LEGAL STATUS OF SOME PROPERTY IN POSSESSION OF THE AUTOCEPHALOUS ORTHODOX CHURCH OF POLAND

Abstract
The passing of the 17 December 2009 Act on regulating the legal status of some property in possession of the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Poland is a materialization of the provision of Article 49 of the 4 July 1991 Act on the relationship between the State and the Autocephalous Orthodox Church of Poland. The regulation in question brings to a close the provisional condition that had been maintained since the effective date of the 4 July 1991 act in the area of ownership and usufruct of the post-Uniate sacred property located in the Podkarpacie and Małoposkia regions.
