THE ESSENCE OF INTERNATIONAL CRIME OF APARTHEID IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The analysis of the nature of the international crime of apartheid is being conducted in accordance with current international law. This article describes the lack of effectiveness of current international legal mechanisms for combating the crime of apartheid and the need to improve these mechanisms or create new ones.
