THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A REGISTRATION SYSTEM THE EFFECT OF DEFLECTION OF THE FLUID FLOW

Abstract
In result of the conducted researches it is proposed the creation of a system monitoring the occurrence of the Coanda effect to reduce accidents and improve the system dynamic positioning semi-submersible drilling rigs. The difference of the proposed system from exis in its design without interference into the existing design of the azimuth plants.
