The Ethical Principles in Pharmacist-Patient Relationship

Abstract

ABSTRACT As the pharmaceutical services are growing these days, author witness an increase in relationship between the pharmacists and patients. So, the legitimacy of their interaction plays an important role. In the present article, in addition to introducing the ethical principles governing the pharmacist-patient interaction, certain ethical challenges associated with these principles are also addressed. These principles have been categorised into six groups based on medical ethics.
