THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT TO FREE LEGAL AID IN CIVIL PROCEEDING

Abstract
The article deals with the right of a person to receive free legal aid in civil proceeding. Based on analysis of the Law of Ukraine of 2 June 2011, N 3460 “On Free Legal Aid” provisions, the classes of the persons who are the right-holders of free secondary legal aid in civil proceeding are separated. Considering the clauses of this law, as well as requirements of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the following conclusion was made: in civil proceeding, the right-holder of free secondary legal aid is able to exercise their constitutional right to such aid with representing the interests in the court and drafting procedural documents.
