THE FEATURES OF ESTABLISHING OF UNIFORM SYSTEM OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT CIRCULATION AT REGIONAL LEVEL

Abstract
The article deals with the current state of the introduction and the use of a unified system of electronic document circulation (SEDO) in executive power bodies and local self-government bodies. There is a need to improve the electronic document management software at the regional level. The internal problems associated with the need for mixed document flow are identified and the benefits of electronic document management are identified, as well as issues that remain unresolved today due to the implementation of SEDO.
