The final category of the theory of power shadowing

Abstract
The subject of the study are the methodological aspects of the study of one of the core elements of the categorial structure of the theory of power shadowing – the final category of theory. The purpose of the study is to determine the content of the final category of the theory of power shadowing. Methods of research. The work used a combination of scientific methods and approaches, including systemic, structural-functional, historical, logical, which allowed to provide a conceptual unity of research. Results of the work. The article substantiates the necessity of forming a special theory of power shadowing for revealing the laws of shadowing power mechanisms in Ukraine, the essence of the final category of the theory of power shadowing is defined. Application of results. The system of sciences from the family of the public administration branch, a wide range of methodological aspects of social and economic sciences from the problems of dysfunctional development of the object of research. Conclusions. The main results of the study, their methodological results can be reduced to the following conclusions: 1) the initial megaloproblem of research of the shadowing mechanisms of the functioning of the public system is the problem of power dysfunction; 2) one of the principal aspects of the study is the conclusion that in the construction of the theory of power shadowing, the development of the category of an especial parallel (information) reality and its shadowing precisely through the dysfunction of information processes requires a basic position. This made it possible to define the shadowing of power as a category of the theory of shadowing, to define its content as a form of institutional dysfunction of information processes with the purposeful blocking of communication channels from power to society, to the state.
