THE FINANCIAL ASPECTS OF CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY STRATEGY

Abstract
The article considers the problems associated with the development of corporate sustainability strategy. This strategy is aimed at ensuring the optimal financial performance trajectory while maintaining a dynamic balance between economic, environmental and social results. The strategic vision of corporate sustainability depends on the maturity of the financial mechanisms for sustainable development. The content of interrelated financial tasks necessary for the development of corporate sustainability strategy is investigated in the article. The necessity of identifying and evaluating the risks associated with the formation of financial mechanisms for sustainable development is substantiated. The relationship between financial stability, capital structure and corporate sustainability is defined. The methods for determining the balance of corporate development in economic, environmental and social dimensions and the optimal corporate sustainability strategy on the basis of maximizing the value of the business in the conditions of uncertainty are proposed. Recommendations on the application of Sustainable Balanced Scorecard for decomposition of strategic objectives are formulated.
