The Fluorescence Intensity Ratios of Superconducting FeySe1-XTeX Thin Films
Journal Title: Cumhuriyet Science journal - Year 2017, Vol 38, Issue 4
Abstract
Superconducting thin films of FeySe1-xTex were grown on to the single crystal MgO substrates by RF sputtering and the effects of processing conditions on the microstructural development were investigated. Besides, the fluorescence intensity ratio IKβ/IKα of Te in those films were examined by using the non-destructive EDXRF spectroscopy. The FeySe1-xTex were irradiated with γ-photons at 59.5 keV from a 241-Am annular source and detected using an Ultra-LEGe detector with resolution of 150eV at 5.9 keV. The results showed that the heat treatment with vacuum and Ar pressure may be caused the change of the intensity ratios of Te in the thin films.

Partition of the Spectra for the Generalized Difference Operator B(r,s) on the Sequence Space cs
The goal of this study gives the approximate point spectrum, the defect spectrum and the compression spectrum of generalized difference operator B (r, s) over the class of convergent series.
Influences of Cerium Addition on the Structural and Superconducting Properties with Pb and Pb-free Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oδ System
In this study, the thermal, structural and superconducting properties with lead and lead-free cerium added Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oδ superconducting system have been investigated. Cerium-added superconductors with the general stoic...
Relationship Between Fuzzy Soft Topological Spaces and (X,\tau _{e}) Parameter Spaces
In this paper, the relation between fuzzy soft topological spaces and parameter spaces is introduced. After defining the parametrical property of fuzzy soft sets and we give some examples.
Selective Separation of Cobalt Using a New Co(II)-Imprinted Polymer/Cryogel System
The aim of the present study was to investigate selective separation and preconcentration of Co(II) ions in aqueous solutions by ion imprinted technique. For this purpose, Co(II)-methacryloylhistidine((MAH)2-Co(II)) comp...
Electrochemical Behavior of Cholecalciferol on a Multiwalled Carbon Nanotube Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode
Herein, electrochemical behavior of cholecalciferol on a multiwalled carbon nanotube modified glassy carbon electrode was evaluated by using cyclic voltammetry. Voltammetric determination of cholecalciferol on the prepar...
