Abstract

The fluorescence of human serum albumin aqueous solutions with nanoparticles of iron, ferric citrate and copper citrate was investigated in this work. It was established that the change nature of fluorescence due to interacting albumin with nanoparticles and reducing their own tryptophan fluorescence caused by denaturing effect of nanoparticles. This may lead to a breach of the protein functional activity in living organisms.
