THE FORMATION OF SOCIAL OPINION IN THE STATE

Abstract
The article considers the main points of public opinion, its functions, tasks and characteristics. The stages and peculiarities of formation and development of public opinion in modern realities are revealed. On the base of the analysis of sociological researches, the main directions and mechanisms for establishing the interaction of state administration and public opinion for the actualization of the vectors of Ukrainian society development are outlined.
