THE FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF INDICATORS IN INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY MONITORING: FOREING EXPERIENCE

Abstract
The role of monitoring as part of the organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of innovative activity is investigated. The conclusion about the importance of a unified system of indicators of the regional innovative development effectiveness was done. The system of indicators of Russian authors was analyzed. Their advantages and disadvantages were explored. The methodology for con-ducting of innovative activity monitoring in the United States was studied. The methodology for conducting of innovative activity monitoring in the EU was investigated. The systems of indicators of suggested monitors were analyzed. The comparative characteris-tic of the system of indicators in USA, EU and Russian Federation was performed. The possibility of adapting the proposed indica-tors to monitor of regional innovative activities in Ukraine was concluded.
