THE FUNCTIONS OF SUBJECTS OF ENSURING THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS CONVICTED TO IMPRISONMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The content of the notion of “functions” as an element of administrative and legal status has been revealed. The main subjects of ensuring and protecting the rights of persons convicted to imprisonment in Ukraine have been established; their main and additional functions have been defined and systematized. The author has provided the analysis of the content of the main functions of the subjects of ensuring the rights of persons convicted to imprisonment in Ukraine. The author has researched general theoretical issues of the content and structure of administrative and legal status of the subjects of administrative legal relations studied in numerous works of famous domestic and foreign scholars.
