The game theory using in creating flexible plans process in agricultural enterprise’s activity

Journal Title: Економіка. Фінанси. Право - Year 2018, Vol 7, Issue

Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of the complexity of defining and substantiating the source data necessary for the calculation of the company's business performance indicators and the subsequent drawing up, on their basis, of the most reliable document - a plan of current activity or a business plan. Planning under uncertainty in the external environment requires the develop-ment of flexible plans, that is, the input and result indicators should be determined in some acceptable range, rather than a fixed number. For this purpose, a scenario approach was used that predicts different scenarios of development: optimistic, pessimistic, and base-line. Implement the scenario approach, suggested by the authors, based on game theory and subsequent application of alternative optimality criteria. The planning risks and methods of minimization were studied by A. Overchuk, O. Sirchin, O. Pоberezhets. Examples of application of the scenario approach to forecasting and planning are described in works by T. Vyatkina, L. Rogatina, A. Krivutsy. The application of the game theory is discussed in detail in the works by T. Malyarenko, O. Pisarenko, L. Hladkova, Ye. Podgora, O. Shimko. The purpose of the article is to introduce the methods of game theory into the process of creating scenarios for the development of events and the subsequent planning on their basis of the most likely plans for the activities of agricultural enterprises in conditions of instability, both from natural phenomena and the environment. The above tools allowed to create scenarios for the development of events in the conditions of "game with nature" of the agricultural enterprise. As a result of using the optimality criteria, a list of scenarios for the development of events has been obtained, which can be selected for further planning, depending on the objective of the subject.
