THE IMBALANCES IN THE CAPITAL STRUCTURE OF THE COMPANY AND THEIR EFFECT ON THE FINANCIAL PERFOMANCE OF THE COMPANY

Abstract
Conducted a study of the capital structure of the company, defined attributes inefficient capital structure caused by imbalance in it. Showed the method of optimizing capital structure and advantages and disadvantages of the capital structure through its own and attracted funding. Revealed the consequences of their impact on financial performance. Overviewed main influence factors of proportionless and optimal capital structure on financial performance and financial results of the company.
