Abstract
The problem of emotional burnout psychologist is a central aspect in improving the professional training of future specialists. The article is devoted to revealing the relationship of emotional burnout syndrome and individual psychological characteristics of future psychologists. Syndrome of emotional burnout – a phenomenon that leads to negative changes in the structure of stakeholders, reduces the efficiency of the profession. The article presents the results of empirical research Syndrome emotional burnout.
