The impact of migration crisis in EU countries on security in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to problematic issues of migration processes, including those related to the activities of transnational organized crime, which will have a direct impact on security in Ukraine. The current trends in the field of illegal migration, their impact on the national security of Ukraine are studied and the main areas of resistance are formulated. The factors contributing to illegal migration through Ukraine are highlighted. It was stated that the solution of issues related to illegal migration is hampered by a number of problems, both regulatory and general. It is noted that the migration crisis has led to an exacerbation of the criminal situation in the major cities of the EU countries, which led to a crisis and the adoption of decisions to refuse to accept migrants and the introduction of strict border control measures. It was determined that the migration processes in the EU countries and their fellow countrymen in the countries of origin also contribute to the migration processes. The author convincingly argues that countering illegal migration through Ukraine should also include measures aimed at countering corruption in the State Migration Service of Ukraine and other executive bodies involved in the implementation of migration policy. Additional attention should be paid to establishing and exposing the links of organized criminal groups with representatives of the special services of foreign countries, as well as international terrorist groups.
