THE IMPACT OF THE PROGRAM FLEG-II ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC SECTOR OF MANAGEMENT HUNTING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article it was researched the activity of FLEG program (Law Enforcement and Governance in the forest sector) in Ukraine in the field of hunting during the second phase (2014–2016). A separate analysis was made, the analysis of the activities of the program in the years of the project and the feasibility of developments in modern Ukraine. It was revealed shortcomings in government branch of hunting in Ukraine. Based on the program work it was proposed the specific changes to a legislative provision and to the practice of law in the field of hunting.
