The impakt of decentralization reform of intergovernmental relations in Ukraine

Abstract
The changes that occurred in the budget legislation since 2014 are defined. The current state of intergovernmental relations are determined. The basic advantages and disadvantages of the reform of fiscal decentralization are defined. The directions of optimization of the intergovernmental relations are proposed I this article.
