The importance of implementing compliance programs to increase the transparency of Ukrainian business

Abstract
The article considers the national and international experience of counteracting corruption through the formation of compliance of departments in private companies. The authors provide a comparison of current Ukrainian legislation in this field. Proposals on the necessity of expanding the normative consolidation of legal relations in business compliance are made.
