THE IMPROVEMENT OF LEGAL GUARANTEES FOR REALIZATION THE RIGHT TO WORK AT THE STAGE OF EMPLOYMENT

Abstract
Article is devoted to research the labour legislation and the project of Labour Code of Ukraine, which established the guarantees for realization the right to work at the stage of employment. Have been investigated the legal restrictions for the employer regarding to determine the requirements for employees, methods of professional selection and their efficiency in modern conditions. The proposals to improve the legal regulation of employment relations in the context of providing the right to work on the principles of legality, equality and non-discrimination are introduced.
