The Increasing Role Associated, Collective Ownership as Promising Trends in the Development of Public Regulation of Property Relations

Abstract
It is explained the analysis results of an essence and consequences of denationalization, privatization of public property, occurred in the countries of the former USSR. The conclusions are drawn that this privatization was quite often carried out not for the benefit of labour people, and in interests of certain subjects and clans. It is substantiated that presently are justified the value of a private property of natural persons in the world falls. At the same time the role increases the associated, collective property.
