THE INDEPENDENCE OF THE JUDICIAL BRANCH (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE STATES OF CENTRAL EUROPE)

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the peculiarities of the functioning of the judicial branch in the states of Central Europe. The most significant means of ensuring the independence of the judicial system of the Czech, Polish, Slovak and Hungarian republics are considered. The common and distinctive features of such means in the above-mentioned states are analyzed.
