THE INDEX OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE

Abstract
This article consists of the state of innovation development of Ukraine analysis for the years 2013 to 2017 on the basis of the Global Innovation Index, which is an annual report of the world economies development, created by Cornell University, the INSEAD Business School and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The index analyzes in detail the indicators of innovation in 127 countries and economies of the world, considers a broad vision of innovation, including the political environment, education, infrastructure, and the complexity of doing business.
