The industrial tax in the interwar Poland (reception of the economical environment of the Eastern Galicia)

Abstract
The Industrial tax in the Interwar Poland has been analyzed. Polish authorities introduced this tax for industry and commerce. Practically it included buying of industrial certificates (license) and tax from turnover. The Polish state budget was in deficit and the industrial tax was used as the additional source for its increase. And it was because of the economical instability of Poland. The jurisprudence controlling the industrial tax has been analyzed. The Eastern Galicia employers’ attitude to this tax has been explained. This industrial tax had been taken from the Russian imperial legislation. That’s why different problems appeared. These problems have been determined and the suggestion of their decision proposed by the industrial environment of the Eastern Galicia has been analyzed.
