The Influence of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as a Mediator at People's Credit Banks in Badung Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediator at the People's Credit Bank in Badung Regency. This study uses a quantitative method and is analyzed using partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The number of respondents in this study was 100 respondents. The data collected from the results of this study show that (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (2) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, (4) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between leadership and employee performance, (7) Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance.
