The Influence of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at Pt Unisadhuguna with Job Satisfaction Mediation

Abstract
This study aims to 1) determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, 2) determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, 3) determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction, 4) determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction, 5) determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance employees, 6) determine the effect of motivation, through job satisfaction on employee performance, 7) determine the effect of motivation, through job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted by PT Unisadhuguna with a sample of 94 respondents. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that 1) motivation has an effect on increasing employee performance, 2) compensation has an effect on increasing employee performance, 3) motivation has an effect on increasing job satisfaction, 4) compensation has an effect on increasing job satisfaction, 5) job satisfaction has an effect on increasing employee performance, 6) motivation influences employee performance through job satisfaction, 7) compensation influences employee performance through job satisfaction.
