THE INFLUENCE OF RHYTMIC GYMNASTICS TEACHING CONTENTS UPON DEVELOPMENT OF SOME MOTOR SKILLS AMONG THE SCHOOLGIRIS OF THE FIFTH GRADE OF PRIMARY SCHOOL

Abstract

On a sample of 44. younger school age schoolgirls, a study wasconducted in order to determine effects of rhythmic gymnastics contentin psyhical education teaching on transformation some motor skills. The subject of the motor skills research were: coordination,flexibilityand balance.After the initial measurements , the twelve hoursexperimental treatmant filled with rhythmic gymnastics content wascarried out, and after that the final measurement was carried out too, and the effects of experimental programme to the transformation ofinvestigated motor skills were analised. The final results show thatthere is a significant influence of applied rhythmic gymnasticscontent on transformation of trained motor skills. The greatest contribution of applied rhytmic gymnastics content on a diferencebetween initial and final measurements was recorded in the test forassessment of balance.
