The infringement of the procedural rights of victims of sexual crimes in Ukraine.

Abstract
The purpose of this publication is to study the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Economic Procedural Code of Ukraine, the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine and other Legislative Acts” adopted on 03.10.2017. The provisions of legislative initiatives of foreign states aimed at combating sexual crimes are considered. The analysis was carried out that led to the adoption of the law in Ukraine on October 3, 2017, changes in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
