The International law outside classic universities (pre-Soviet period)

Abstract
There was explored the history of the formation of the international law in Ukrainian (by territory) higher education institutions (outside of classical universities) in the nineteenth century and in the pre-Soviet period of the twentieth century. There was found out the volume of teaching of the international law in the Volhynia (Kremenec) lyceum, Legal lyceum of prince Bezborod’ka, Rishel’evskiy lyceum and Lviv lyceum. There was established that international law problems were studied in courses under the name «folk right», «national right», «international law», «history of foreign legislations», «right for the European people». Sources of scientific study of the international law were exposed by the scientists of Rishel’evskiy lyceum. There was established that that in the beginning of the XX age educational courses such as the international law, the consular right, the international private law was studied by students of faculties of law of higher women courses (Kyiv and Odesa), commercial institutes (Kyiv and Kharkiv), Kiev legal institute. In the same time students of the Novorosiyskiy (Odesa) international institute were studied the history of the international law and the history of literature of the international law; the history of international relations and international law; the international law (public and private); the international administrative law; consular and ambassadorial right etc. The scientific inheritance of the Kiev, Kharkiv and Odesa specialists in the international law was analyzed. There was established that sphere of their scientific interests was the general issues of international law, its history, sources, the right of war, humanitarian right and others.
