The investigate the impact of virtual training and oral training on job empowerment of teachers of Bandar Abbas

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of virtual training and oral training on job empowerment of Teachers of Bandar Abbas. The study sample consisted of 40 teachers of Bandar Abbas that selected randomly and were replaced in two groups of virtual training and oral training. Both groups were pre-tested of power empowerment, then the first group received virtual training and second group received oral training. After completion of training, both groups were post test of job empowerment. The research instrument was a researcher made questionnaire that validity and reliability was good. Finally, analyzed data by ANCOVA and MANCOVA and The analysis results showed that the oral training was more effective on job empowerment.
