THE INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP IN AN AREA OF HUMAN CAPITAL REPRODUCTION: ECONOMIC AND LEGAL FRAMEWORKS

Abstract
Problem setting. In the area of human capital reproduction, the investment partnership is an effective form of the joint and separated activity regarding investing in a human and coordination of the collaboration of investors (individual, private, public, non-public and non-commercial ones, etc.) in order to provide their synergeticinteraction. Recent research and publications analysis. The investment partnerships in a human development area are still out of sight of scientists. So far, there is no appropriate legal confirmation of investment partnerships aimed at putting investment projects into practice in the social and humanitarian area. Paper objective. The article objective is to indicate economic and legal frameworks of the investment partnership in the area of national human cap ital reproduction. Paper main body. The investment partnership regarding providing human development is an organizational form of the collaboration of investors in human capital, which is concerned with joint investment social and humanitarian projects providing the innovative reproduction of human capital. Conclusions of the research. Investment partnership development in Ukraine is one of the most important factors of transformation of the investment activity regarding the reproduction of human capital, which is characterized by negative dynamics, into a single integrative investment system. Owing to the synergetic collaboration of investors, functioning of the system will provide formation of an innovative type of the human capital reproduction. For the purpose of institutionalization of investment partnerships in the area of human capital reproduction, it is important to improve the current legislation. This process will conduce to development of the partnerships. Short Abstract for an article Abstract. The author has indicated the sense and the main features of the investment partnerships for human capital reproduction. The article describes advantages of the partnerships as a model of investing in human development, which provides the synergetic collaboration of investors, and the main organizational forms. The author substantiates recommendations regarding improvement of legal regulation of the joint investment activityin the area of human capital reproduction.
