THE ISSUE OF THE DEFINITION OF INSIDER INFORMATION

Abstract

The article discusses various definitions of insider information given by domestic and foreign scholars, and consolidated in various legal acts of Russia and other countries as well. Based on the investigated scientific opinions the features of insider information have been systematized, from which the author's definition is concluded.
