Тhe land rights of the Ukrainian citizens in the field of the land management in the context of the procedure of their implementation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the notion and peculiarities of the realization of the land rights of Ukrainian citizens in the field of the land management in the context of the procedure on acquiring land plots from the lands of state or communal ownership in the framework of the norms of the free-of-charge privatization. It is concluded that the land rights of the Ukrainian citizens in the field of the land management are their individual procedural capabilities, the imperative nature of which, determines the content of legal relations in the field of land management and allows to ensure fulfillment of the needs of the Ukrainian citizens in the realization of their material land rights as subjects of the land public relationships. The consistent on realization of the Ukrainian citizens land rights in the field of land management when acquiring ownership of a land plot allows for the actual and legal formation of a land plot as an object of material land rights of Ukrainian citizens. The analysis of the peculiarities on realization of the land rights of the citizens of Ukraine in the field of the land management indicates the necessity of urgent improvement of the procedure of their implementation.
