THE LEGAL FORCE OF THE ACTS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract
The normative nature of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan was studied. Concrete proposals on making amendments and additions tothe Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan «On the Constitutional Court» have been formulated with regard to the legal force of the acts of this body, based on the vagueness of the wording contained in the national legislation of the country.
