The Legal Protection of the Microblog’s Copyright

Abstract
With the development of technology, microblog came into being. It is one of styles of expressing intelligent thoughts. Once it satisfied the demand of originality, it could be protected by the copyright. Weibo works are based on fault liability. Under the general conditional, the tortfeasor ought to undertake the result of penalty owing to the loss of obligee. In order to protect the copyright of weibo works fully, temporary relief measures could be introduced, statutory damages might be improved and the system of injunction could be applied to the field of weibo works.
