THE LINGUA-DIDACTIC BASIC CONCEPTS OF THE CREATIVE SPEAKING DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS

Abstract

The article reveals the urgency of the problem of formation of independent, creative, communicative personality of a junior pupil in the pedagogical theory and educational practice. Its aim is to distinguish linguodidactic bases for the forming creative speech of primary school pupils at the lessons of Ukrainian language. The author affirms that the linguistic approach presupposes comprehensive study of language as a system: sounding and meaning of words, phrases, sentences and whole text, their grammatical form, graphic and orthographic design, stylistic peculiarities. The attention is focused on the fact that in the initial course of Ukrainian language there are two interrelated components – the speech development of pupils and their language education, moreover, just in such correlation but not contrariwise, as it was before, in traditional programs. It is noted that nowadays grounding and reflecting in the programs and realization in the educational-methodological complete sets the idea of inter-level language relations has become of particular importance. Modern linguistics defines five main levels: phonetic-phonemic (phonological), lexical-semantic, wordformative, morpheme-morphological and syntactic. Dialectical unity of the existing sides (levels) of a language is expressed in its communicative function, where each of these components is organically interrelated with the other. Methodological bases of the research become the application of system and communicative-activity approach, which enables to identify modern lingvodidactic bases for improving language education of primary school pupils. Conclusions. Consequently, the forming of the modern language-speech school course of Ukrainian language will assist to an active, dynamic development of creative speech of junior pupils, providing different kinds of speech activity.
