THE LOCAL BUDGETS AS THE BASIS OF THE FINANCIAL PROVIDING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The role of local budgets in forming of financial resources of regions in the article is considered. The content of the concept «income of local budgets» is specified. The economic essence of local budgets is investigated and their functions are described; the main measures by the improvement of mechanism of the redistribution of the financial resources between the budgets of the different levels are offered.
