The main determinants of asset-ownership affecting the value of electricity distribution companies in Poland

Abstract
Currently, an important part of assessing a company is the valuation of its value. This is because it shows the profit potential that is long-term ability to generate positive cash flow. Therefore, companies with value management system, better are seen on the capital market (both by equity capital and loan capital). The article analyzes the most important determinants of asset-ownership, affecting the value of electricity distribution companies in Poland.
