Western Plain is one of the most affected regions from Romania by land degradations process. Apparently monotonous and oppressive expansion and elevation, biogeographic area chosen for hiding research therefore a wide variety of biota and types of vegetation, with multiple relationships and ecosystem processes, biodiversity original wood species in which interferes with grasses, forming complex Interesting, strictly determined by soil factor. This research reflects a deep need for ecological, economic and social, given the wide development of degraded lands in Western Plain and its consequences on the general state of society in this area.
