THE MAINTENANCE OF AGRICULTURE IN UKRAINE AND EU COUNTRIES: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article researches legal issues concerning the governmental support of agriculture. Comparison of the experience of the leading EU countries with Ukraine is conducted. The analysis of governmental support of agriculture in Ukraine and development of ways to improve it are carried out.
