Abstract
The analysis of requirement of application of information model of a building in construction is presented in this article. By means opportunities of information technologies of separate participants of the project the applied software incorporates in one harmonious system. Using this system all data about the project are accessible to each participant of the project. Are described two models, i.e. traditional and manageable for transfer of the dataflow. General con-tractor coordinating a direction of works is responsible for the control of the information in the traditional model, but very responsible is a role of customer in manageable model because a customer communicating with every participant of project can make influence
