THE MARKET OF AGRICULTURAL LAND: GLOBAL AND UKRAINIAN

Abstract
Thus, this article examines the feasibility of establishing of a state market of lands of agricultural purpose on the territory of Ukraine. This article identifies the value of the land market and the main approaches to understanding basic concepts and on this basis it formulates the main aspects of the necessity of keeping a land market in Ukraine based on foreign experience. And to choose the correct concept for creation of a land market taking into consideration all aspects of economic, political, and social development of Ukraine.
