THE MARKET OF INTERNATIONAL SYNDICATED LOANS IN UKRAINE: ANALYSIS OF THE STRUCTURE AND DYNAMICS OF DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article analyzes the main parameters for the of the international syndicated loan market development in Ukraine over the past twenty years. The paper studies the dynamics of the market development, the volumes attracted by the Ukrainian market of credit funds, the structure of the main borrowers of credit funds and the structure of banks-organizers of syndicated loans. It also compares the development of the Ukrainian syndicated loan market with the development of similar markets in the CIS countries. According to the main criteria, the main five stages in the development of the syndicated loan market in Ukraine are identified. The article reveals the relationship between the processes of syndicated lending and the rate of economic growth in Ukraine.
