The matrimonial regime of salary, bonus and other salary payments received by spouses

Abstract
In the specialty literature, there are debates concerning the matrimonial regime of salary, bonus and other salary payments received by spouses. Some doctrinaires consider that some salary payments received by each of spouses are own property, while others argue that all salarypayments should be included in the category of common goods. In this study, we will analyze the legal frame and doctrinal opinions expressed in the national and foreign specialty literature, we will present own opinions and arguments at the announced topic.
