THE MECHANISM OF NATIONAL ECONOMY’S POST-CONFLICT RECOVERY

Abstract
This article is devoted to studying the post-conflict recovery of the national economy. The aim of the investigation is the substantiation of the theoretical basis of recovery mechanism of national economy after armed conflict. As a result of analysis of summarizing publications in this field, the priorities of state policy to overcome the economic consequences of the war, including in the sphere of employment, modernization of industry potential, business activity stimulation, and implementation of innovation are studied. The author defines six components of post-conflict recovery mechanism: regulatory, financial, organizational, informational, personnel and scientific and methodological support, and investigated the relationship between them. The assessment of State Target Programme on Recovery and Peacebuilding in eastern regions of Ukraine taking into account the current economic situation of the country is not left without attention.
