THE METHOD OF OPTIMIZATION OF THE PARAMETERS OF THEFRICTION UNIT DURING ELASTIC DEFORMATION OF THE ELEMENTS

Abstract
An example of the deformation of a rough element in a friction unit is given, and a technique is presented for studying the elastic deformation of this element relative to the surface on which it rests, with the simultaneous action of distributed and concentrated loads. In this case, further optimization of the deformation process with the refinement of the friction unit pa-rameters is carried out. To accomplish the solution of the optimization problem, it is necessary first of all to have a technique that allows you to determine the stress-strain state of all the elements that are present in the friction unit. For this, a mathematical model is considered which describes the equilibrium and the elastic deformation of a spatially curved single ele-ment from which a friction unit can be composed. A method is presented for optimizing the parameters of a friction assembly under the condition of elastic deformation and in the pres-ence of various non-linear inequality constraints on internal forces, displacements and geo-metric characteristics of the longitudinal axis. It uses methods of optimal control and nonline-ar programming. The results of numerical calculation, which show the capabilities of the pro-posed method, are obtained.
