The Model of Information Security of Ukraine Through the Prism of the System of Public Administration

Abstract

This article reviews the main information security models and approaches to recent research on trends and developments of information security in Ukraine and the role of various factors. The organizational structure of Security Service of Ukraine has been investigated. The provision of information security in Ukraine has become of prime importance, especially through the hybrid war of Russia against Ukraine. Today information security is characterized by the preservation of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets such as computer systems, the data and the associated system and processes. Digital signatures can improve information security by enhancing authenticity processes and prompting individuals to prove their identity before they can gain access to computer data. Although enterprises have improved security technologies, there are still gaps in areas such as security governance, human factors, culture, and planning for the unexpected. The Business Model for Information Security enables security professionals to examine security from systems perspective, creating an environment where security can be managed holistically, allowing actual risks to be addressed. Today it is necessary to investigate various media, including webcasts and podcasts, journal articles, to delve into the Business Model for Information Security and to learn more about how to have success in the information society’s field in today’s market. The Business Model for Information Security enables security professionals to examine security from systems perspective, creating an environment where security can be managed holistically, allowing actual risks to be addressed.
